WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders. Please refer to the chart below to learn about the shipping information you want:
- Only offer shipping within the United States.
- Free shipping for all US orders
- Products shipped via our free shipping service are typically delivered within 6-8 business days. Please note that this includes an Order Processing Time of up to 3 business days and a Transit Time of 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Aquastrong as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Aquastrong, please contact Aquastrong to make arrangements for reshipment.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
