1. How does the Stepped Sale work? Am I getting the best price if I buy now?

Yes! Our Summer Heatwave Stepped Sale has five tiers, each lasting 10 days, with discounts decreasing over time. The price you see now is the current tier's discounted price. The earlier you buy, the higher the discount you get. The price will automatically increase at the next tier, so we recommend locking in today's offer.

2. If I missed a previous tier's discount, can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, the stepped discounts are strictly controlled by the system and cannot be manually adjusted or retroactively applied. All tier prices are announced in advance. We recommend placing your order during the current tier to lock in the price. If you have concerns, please contact customer service — we will do our best to offer a small gift or shipping discount as a goodwill gesture.

3. Can I combine the cashback offer with the stepped discount?

Absolutely! The stepped discount is an instant checkout saving, while the UGC video contest cashback is an additional reward you earn after receiving your product and submitting a qualifying video. The two can be stacked. You get both the tiered low price and the chance to earn up to 8% + 30% = 38% extra cashback by sharing your video!

4. How do I join the video cashback contest? How much cashback can I get?

Simply meet the following requirements to unlock cashback step by step:

  • +2%: Film a 30-second video showing your product running, with genuine spoken feedback
  • +2%: Show your face clearly in the video (real person on camera)
  • +4%: Post the video on Facebook or Instagram, tag #auastrongsummer #auastrongpump, and keep it live for at least July 15th

Complete all three steps to earn the full 8% base cashback and automatically enter the Grand Prize contest for a chance to win up to 30% additional cashback!

5. I've already placed my order. Can I still join the video contest?

Of course! As long as you purchased an eligible product (Variable Pump, Heat Pump, Sand Pump, Smart45, Booster Pump, Sewage pump.) from AQUASTRONG on or after March 1, 2026, you can participate. Simply film your video after receiving the product and upload it via the activity page.

6. Can I submit multiple videos for one product? Can one video be used for multiple products?

No. We follow a "One Unit, One Code" rule: each purchased product can only be submitted for a video once. If you buy two different products, you can submit two separate videos. If you buy two identical products but submit only one video, the cashback will apply to only one unit.

7. What if I return my product after receiving cashback?

If you return your product after the cashback has been issued, the issued cashback amount will be deducted directly from your final refund. This prevents abuse of the promotion. Thank you for your understanding.

8. Who owns the copyright of my submitted video?  

Before submitting your video, you must check the agreement box. By submitting, you grant AQUASTRONG a global, royalty-free, perpetual commercial license to use the video and your likeness for marketing purposes. We truly appreciate your creativity and support!

9. How is the Grand Prize selected? Do I need to register separately?

No separate registration is needed. All participants who successfully earn the full 8% base cashback will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize selection. After the event ends, our team will evaluate the submitted videos based on creativity, quality, and authenticity to select the top 9 winners, who will receive an extra 30%, 15%, or 10% cashback. Winners will be announced onJuly 15, 2026.
